Campus Safety and Fire Safety Report
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act
The South Dakota School of Mines & Technology is committed to the safety and security of our students and employees. To educate our community members about important policies and to help keep our community safe, we prepare the Campus Safety and Fire Safety
Report yearly. This report is available online through the
Community Standards Website. This site contains information required under the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and includes information about crime prevention, Board
of Regents and University policies, and other important campus security information. The site also includes crime statistics from the three previous calendar years—including information about on-campus locations, University-affiliated or controlled
off-campus property, and public property adjacent to campus.
